Delivery and returns information is available

Delivery

Free shipping in 3-5 business days from order confirmation.

Shipping status can be verified at any time by using the tracking number provided via e-mail. You can also access this information within MyAccount.

*Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands

Please note that the delivery times in the table are estimates and do not apply to made-to-order items. Personalised items will be shipped within 2 weeks from the order date, subject to confirmation.

Due to customs clearance we may face some delays

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of any shipping delays, but before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer.

We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse in Italy. Please note this may take longer during our sale periods or other high peak seasons.

 

At the moment we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarder addresses.

Orders ship from our warehouse on business days (excluding national holidays); a signature is required for a successful delivery.

Returns

If in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within the 14 days.

Returns Address will be provided, once the return has been approved.

We recommend the customer use a postal service that offers a tracked service. It is the customers responsibility to arrange the return.

 

  • Refunds and Exchanges for all items, including faulty goods, can only be given within 14 days of receipt.

  • We will issue a FULL REFUND (Exc delivery charge) on receipt, we will exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.

  • Some products are NON-Returnable. These are clearly marked; this is common practice throughout the Retail trade.

  • The item is the customers responsibility until we receive it.

  • For the customers protection, we recommend the customer sends the parcel using a delivery service that carries insurance / Tracking Number.

  • If the goods are damaged we will refund up to £5 costs for return delivery when the following services are used: Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Standard 1st/2nd Class delivery. Please include the receipt in the package when sending the faulty item back.

  • Failure to follow these procedures will result in the item being returned to the customer.

  • All delivery charges are non-refundable unless the customer has received a faulty or wrong item

  • If delivery is free and goods are returned that take the customer below the free delivery threshold you will be charged for initial shipping.

  • If orders that qualify for free shipping are returned for a refund will be charged a shipping fee.

  • If goods are returned to zarslondon.com due to being unable to be delivered, incorrect address or order refusal, a fee of £15 will be taken out of the refund.

The cost of returning is the customers responsibility and is therefore non-refundable, unless deemed necessary.

The cost incurred for redelivery to the customer will be an additional charge, the ZARS LONDON team will contact you to arrange payment. Please email hello@zarslondon.com to communicate with us regarding our issue, as we have robust systems in place to ensure 100% Customer Service Levels.

Distance selling regulations

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations the customer has the right to cancel their order for any item purchased from zarslondon.com & a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting the order number, within 14 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by e-mail to hello@zarslondon.com, or by post to the returns address above. Once the customer has cancelled their order, the goods should be returned to the return address above, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is the customers responsibility until it reaches ZARS LONDON. For the customers protection, we recommend the customer sends the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
