Customs Duties, Taxes & Refused Shipments

For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

If a customer fails or refuses to pay the required customs charges, the shipment may be delayed, returned, abandoned, or destroyed by customs authorities.

Orders that are not delivered or are returned due to unpaid or refused customs charges are not eligible for a refund, including:

the item price
original shipping costs
return shipping costs
customs duties, taxes, or handling fees

ZARS LONDON cannot be held responsible for delays, non-delivery, or losses resulting from customs clearance issues outside of our control.

Customs & Missing Information

We are unable to offer refunds for orders that are delayed, held, or returned due to customs processes, including where additional information (such as tax ID or identification number) is required but not provided by the recipient.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all shipping information is accurate and to respond promptly to any requests from customs authorities.
